Where we deliver
We ship to all addresses within Australia. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping options & costs
Processing & delivery times
Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and start from the day of dispatch, not the day of order. Delays can occur during peak periods (holidays, major card releases) and are outside our control.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship on or shortly after the official release date shown on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the whole order ships together when the pre-order item is released. If a release date changes, we will email you with the updated date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Tracking
Every shipped order receives an Australia Post tracking number by email once dispatched. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us.
Lost, delayed or damaged deliveries
- If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact us and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.
- If your order arrives damaged, email us photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery — see our Return Policy.
- If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace the order or issue a full refund — your choice.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
