1. About us

This website is operated by Rema Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 87 684 280 073), trading as Remactables, Kiosk 3/111 Cecil St, South Melbourne Central VIC 3205, Australia. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.
  • We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable, if there was an obvious pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud.
  • Purchasers under 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Where a sale price is shown against an original price, the original price is the price at which we previously offered the item in our store.
  • Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering, including for pre-orders.
  • We may correct pricing errors on the website at any time. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you with the option to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Trading cards and sealed products

  • Booster packs, boxes, tins and other sealed products contain randomised contents. We cannot guarantee which individual cards you will receive, and the presence or value of "chase" cards is a matter of chance determined by the manufacturer.
  • Product images are for illustration. For assorted products (e.g. tins where the design is chosen at random by the supplier), the listing will say so and the design you receive may differ from the image.
  • We sell genuine, officially released products only. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pokémon, The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Topps, Panini, Konami, the AFL, NRL, NFL, FIFA or any other trademark owner. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Pre-orders

  • Pre-order items ship on or shortly after the official release date shown on the product page.
  • Release dates are set by manufacturers and may change. If a date changes, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Delivery Policy and returns by our Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and other than as required by the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays or manufacturer supply issues.

8. Website content

We take care to keep product information accurate but do not warrant the site is error-free. Content on this site is owned by us or used under licence and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
